Our Mission
We are an orthodontic service for adults and children that provides the finest orthodontic results, using advanced technology. Our skilled staff is sensitive to the needs of each individual as evidenced by genuine caring and excellent communications. We are committed to creating an opportunity and an expectation of a significant improvement in dental health and appearance for each patient we serve.
Appointments
our scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.
- If You Are Late for an Appointment - When you are late for an appointment due to traffic or other daily conflicts, etc. Although we understand things arise, we need to be fair to other patients and can’t, “SQUEEZE” late patients into the schedule. If you are late, you are more than welcome to wait for an opening in our schedule, though it may be a long wait and not occur until the end of the day. Rescheduling your appointment may be easier.
- Rescheduling Appointments - Please reschedule all missed appointments as soon as possible. DO NOT wait several weeks for a “more convenient” time slot. Many of our late afternoon appointments, “rush hour” are booked up to 6 weeks in advance. Unfortunately, your missed or late appointments may need to be scheduled during work or school hours. Please make an effort to keep your original appointment as we are doing our best to service you. We try our very best to accommodate everyone so at times we may be inflexible with our schedule in effort to be fair and stay on time.
Insurance
Dental insurance is a great help for many of our patients. To some people, filing for insurance benefits is a confusing and frustrating process. Our office staff can help. We are in contact with numerous dental insurance plans offered by many different carriers. Bring in a claim form from your employer and a copy of your benefit plan, and we will help you interpret your coverage. As an additional service to our patients, we file all claims after the necessary forms are completed and signed.
